Scientific program
Form of presentation
Please prepare your presentation as PowerPoint file (.ppt or .pptx) in 16:9 (landscape) and keep to your assigned lecture time.
Submission of your presentation
Please bring your presentation on a flash drive to Dresden and submit it at the media center in the exhibition hall no later than 2 hours before your lecture.
You are welcome to submit your presentation one or more days in advance. A staff member of Conventus will assist you in the submission process. You can give your presentation a final check on one of our laptops before submitting.
Please note: In order to avoid technical issues, it is not allowed to use your own laptop for your presentation. You must submit your presentation at the media center.
Form of presentation
All poster authors are requested to bring their poster in physical form to the congress to be presented during the assigned poster session.
Optionally, you can also submit your poster beforehand in electronic form (ePoster) to make it available for self-study.
Physical poster
Your physical poster should be printed in 9:16 portrait format in size A0 and must have your poster-ID and conflicts of interest (COI) clearly legible on the poster.
Your physical poster should be hung up and presented on the day of the poster session you have been assigned to in the program.
ePoster (optional)
The choice of software for creating your ePoster is basically up to you as long as the end format is the one that is required below. Please note the following technical requirements:
- File type: PDF
- Format: Portrait 9:16
- One-page document (1 slide)
- Your poster-ID and conflicts of interest (COI) must be clearly legible on the poster
Your ePoster will be available on self-study terminals for registered participants throughout the event.
Submission of your ePoster
The deadline for uploading your ePoster is Sunday, September 15, 2024.

- Log in to the upload center with the created account data:

- Verify your registration with the one-time verification code that you have been sent in your email from August 15, 2024.
If you submitted multiple abstracts, you will receive this code multiple times. The code is the same for all of your presentations. You need to verify only once with this code for the event.
- Submit your displayed contribution(s) under "Presentation file upload". Confirm at the end by clicking the "Submit Presentation" button.
The presentations will undergo a technical check before the congress and adjustments may be necessary, therefore a timely submission is important.
