Catering information
Catering for the congress participants is organized as follows:
✓ All-day catering via self-paying option with snacks and drinks.
✓ Free supply of filter coffee/tea/water and light snacks during the coffee breaks and poster presentations.
✓ During lunchtime free lunch boxes will be offered by the companies within their symposia which will be held Monday to Wednesday. Breakfast symposia also take place on Monday and Tuesday mornings.
✓ Beyond that you have the option of booking lunch in advance. It will be served in the Maritim Hotel located directly at the congress venue. If you are interested, please book your lunch by the end of September at the latest using your personal account details that you received during the registration process.
✓ Any additional free offers at the exhibition booths.
✓ Extra catering/buffet during the social program (to be booked separately) in the evening.
